Meet the Trainer
Hello, I am Brittany Harris, and here is a little short about my training world. My journey in the dog business started in 2002. I began grooming dog's right out of highschool at Petsmart's Dog Grooming Academy. I continued my grooming career for approximately 14 years while also working in vet clinics as a Veterinary Technician along the way. In 2008 I decided I wanted to make more of a difference and follow my dream of becoming a K9 Handler in Law Enforcement. I began where most people begin their journey, working as a Detention Deputy. While working in the jail I learned how to be firm, fair, and consistent, which does help transfer over to the K9 world. I graduated CLEET (Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training) in 2010; while continuing to groom part-time along the way. In 2014 I was blessed enough to have my first K9, Bane. Bane was a 3 year old long haired German Shepherd. After 2 years with Bane, we had to retire him. I was then connected to my partner K9 Yalo. K9 Yalo, unknowingly at that time, would save my life and many others. We were an amazing team and K9 Yalo definitely made me learn an entire new world along with extra patience and consistency. K9 Yalo and I would patrol the streets together for the next 5 years until I had my son. At this time, the world was definitely changing. I decided the time had come to follow my next goal in life of having my own kennel and K9 training business. I love this world and K9 training is definitely my passion. Even though I have trained dogs for several years now, you can always learn new techniques, therefore I have completed Animal Behavior College and am now a certified dog trainer.
Training Techniques
Just like people, not every dog learns the same. We will adjust our training techniques to best suit your dog. We offer Private Training and well as Board and Trains for your companion.

Price List and Packages
Private Training
Prices can vary based on consultation, behavioral issues, and travel.
Consultation
- The consultation helps identify the best training package for your dog and your needs.
- The consultation starts at $75 with $1 per mile after 30 miles. consultation fee will be applied to Board and Train Packages.
- Requires 50% to hold consultation schedule ( non refundable)
- Must be current on age-appropriate vaccines
Puppy Package
- This package is designed for puppies 8-20 weeks
- 4-6 sessions as a private in-home training.
- This package may include, but not limited to: Sit, Watch Me, Crate Training, Potty Training, Socialization, Etc.
- Must be current on age-appropriate vaccines
- May pay in full or in split payments
- Mileage will be added to invoice, so there are no surprise fees
Basic Obedience
- This package is designed for puppies or dogs or dogs 20+ weeks
- 4-6 sessions as a private in-home training
- This package may include, but not limited to: Sit, Down, Stay, Focus, or Watch Me, Loose Leash Walking, Here, Place, Break, Etc.
- Must be current on all age-appropriate vaccines
- May pay in full or in split payments
- Mileage will be added to invoice, so there are no surprise fees.
Advanced Obedience
- Must have Basic Obedience to qualify for this package
- This package is designed to expand on basic obedience with new distractions and stimuli
- New Commands can include, but not limited to: Close, Heel Recall, Off Leash Training, Etc.
Board and Train
Prices can vary based on consultation and behavioral issues, such as aggression, or reactivity
2 Week Board & Train
- Must be current on age-appropriate vaccines
- This package is designed to remove bad habits which may include, but not limited to: Jumping, Chewing, Leash Pulling, Potty Training, Common Puppy Problems Etc.
- Includes 2 Follow-Up sessions after the dog is returned home
- Meet-Up during the 2 weeks to show progress with the training program.
- Must pay half at drop off- and the rest when your dog is returned home.
4-6 Week Board & Train
- Must be current on age-appropriate vaccines
- This B&T is designed for more problem areas and behavior modifications
- Some behavior modifications may include, but not limited to: Digging, Leash Reactivity, Resource Guarding, Jumping, Nipping, Etc.
- Includes 3 follow-up sessions after the dog is returned home.
- Must pay half at drop off and the rest when your dog is returned home.
